I've Made a Video for my assignment in movie maker, edited it etc. now i'm ready to export, when i try to export it says

'Windows movie maker cannot save to the specified location, Verify original source files used in your movie are still available, that the save location is still available, and that there is enough space'

I Have checked the source files, readded them from where they are saved, and i have permission to save where i've chosen. i have over 100gb of space left and its a 45mb video.

once you make a movie in movie maker you have to render that movie in what ever format you choose, avi mp4 whatever, then while rendering it saves the file into your destination source, ussually your videos folder, and there you are a movie that will play with media player or vlc media player or whatever. The word export in this situation is not clear.

By the way microsoft has an updated version of movie maker for free on it

Microsoft essentials website. It's easier to use even if the gui looks confusing at first, it's laid out for faster editing in my opinion.
