Which Is the better camera?

I'm looking for a budget waterproof action camera. It needs to be 1080p and come with mounts. In your opinion which of these cameras listed below is the better one? And do you have any recommendations? needs to be around $70ish

I haven't used any of them! The SJ4000 is a good action cam and is supplied with a wide variety of mounts.
